Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into development pipelines
- Advocate for transparent AI governance through stakeholder workshops and policy creation
- Lead research on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic AI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for bias auditing
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics transformation
- Strong background in futurist methodologies and technology forecasting
