Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead foresight research to identify emerging tech trends and societal impacts through 2030
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Advise executive leadership on responsible AI adoption strategies and regulatory compliance
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI governance
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics and future-tech policy implications
- Lead cross-functional hackathons focused on ethical AI innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field with 5+ years in tech ethics
- Proven experience developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and generative AI architectures
- Publishing record in AI ethics, futurism, or responsible technology
- Strong policy analysis background with experience with EU AI Act, NIST frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or futurist methodologies preferred
