Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics oversight
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging US regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Published research on AI ethics or compliance frameworks
