Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for 2026 product deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and compliance
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI development
- Create industry-leading AI ethics training programs for engineering teams
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt governance strategies accordingly
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
- Design impact assessment methodologies for AI deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into design processes
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology leadership
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into operational frameworks
- Strong background in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published work in AI ethics or technology governance preferred
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML model evaluation tools
