Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems, generative AI, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional governance councils with engineering, legal, and social impact teams
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging technologies including quantum AI and synthetic biology
- Partner with policymakers to shape 2026+ AI regulatory standards and compliance protocols
- Design ethical audit processes for AI decision-making systems with bias mitigation protocols
- Publicly represent the company at global tech ethics summits and industry forums
- Mentor junior ethics specialists while establishing departmental KPIs for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or ethics compliance with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology, quantum computing, and generative AI risks
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies and standardization bodies
