Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability

- Advocate for ethical AI principles in policy discussions with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams across technical and non-technical domains
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or responsible AI research
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of influencing policy through thought leadership and advocacy
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for AI auditing
