Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological advancements
- Lead cross-functional task forces to assess AI system risks and bias mitigation
- Establish governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Conduct regular audits of AI implementations using proprietary assessment tools
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Proven experience with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OECD principles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published thought leadership on responsible AI or ML governance
- Experience scaling ethical programs across global organizations
- Strong knowledge of quantum computing and neuromorphic chip implications
- Certification in AI Governance or Responsible AI (e.g., CAG, RAI)
