Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST guidelines, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Lead cross-functional governance committees for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare and autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models using explainable AI tools
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for public consultation on AI policy and societal impact
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for model drift and ethical compliance
- Produce annual AI ethics transparency reports for board and regulatory stakeholders
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development lifecycle (RAI-DL)
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, AI Bill of Rights, OECD principles)
- Proven track record designing ethics-by-design frameworks for enterprise AI systems
- Strong background in risk assessment for high-impact AI applications
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder consensus-building on ethical technology
- Familiarity with MLOps tools for model governance (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Published research or practical implementation of ethical AI frameworks preferred
