Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for ML systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement on responsible AI initiatives across departments
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance strategies
- Drive continuous improvement of ethics through quantitative/qualitative metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or compliance
- Deep understanding of ML fairness, transparency, and accountability principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate ethics into technical requirements
- Certification in AI Ethics or related domain preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional leadership
