Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (IEEE, OECD)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop governance protocols for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare and finance
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update organizational policies
- Author transparency reports for AI systems deployed in production
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or technology policy
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong technical literacy in machine learning workflows
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI
