Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, machine learning governance, or regulatory compliance
- Proven expertise in developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in tech or research environments
