Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update mitigation strategies quarterly
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Author whitepapers and contribute to industry ethics standards bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AIF360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in machine learning model development and deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
