As a cornerstone of our AI Governance Council, you'll pioneer methodologies for algorithmic transparency, bias mitigation, and human-centered design. You'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech engineers, and policy strategists to build AI ecosystems that prioritize equity, accountability, and sustainable progress.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Author position papers on AI societal impact and regulatory compliance
- Establish KPIs for responsible AI deployment and continuous improvement
- Represent company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Published research on AI ethics or technology governance
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotech implications
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind certification)
