Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Design auditable documentation systems for AI decision-making processes
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI governance
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical trade-offs in technical implementations
- Experience with policy development and stakeholder communication
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
