Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory expectations and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of AI systems, machine learning architectures, and their societal implications
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical dilemmas in complex technological contexts
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and scaling AI governance programs
