- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI deployments and propose mitigation solutions
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations and standards

- Mentor junior engineers on ethical coding practices and responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for large-scale technology deployments
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning models
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.) and future trends
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Research background in AI ethics with published work or conference presentations
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google AI Principles)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
