- Establish transparent AI accountability mechanisms for enterprise clients
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI policy development or ethics governance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI principles
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams (engineers, policymakers, designers)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Proficiency in policy analysis tools and ethical impact assessments
