Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments and audits of AI systems for ethical compliance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed ethical AI practices into development workflows
- Monitor global AI legislation and industry standards, updating frameworks proactively
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design ethical-by-default AI solutions
- Represent the company in external forums on AI ethics and policy matters
- Create training programs to build organizational AI ethics competency
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or regulatory compliance
- Deep expertise in AI technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into actionable guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in responsible AI
