Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years' AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI (XAI)
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Experience developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
