Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, adversarial robustness, and causal inference
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and MLOps toolchains
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
