Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for generative AI systems

- Develop quantum-safe encryption methods for sensitive AI training data
- Author white papers on AI governance for international regulatory bodies
- Create transparency metrics for neural network explainability
- Partner with neuroscientists to model ethical decision-making in hybrid human-AI systems
- Advise product teams on ethical AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing tools
- Track record of influencing industry standards through research publications
