Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible technology
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or conferences on AI governance
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and bias auditing
- Deep understanding of ML model transparency and interpretability techniques
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams across tech, policy, and social sciences
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
