Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional bias audits in machine learning pipelines
- Develop real-time fairness monitoring tools for deployed AI models
- Author position papers on AI policy for regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Coordinate with international ethics standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Demonstrated experience with cross-stakeholder ethics initiatives
