Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and ethical risk assessment
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools preferred
