As part of our Future Tech Ethics division, you'll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and social scientists to implement auditable fairness protocols, bias mitigation strategies, and transparency measures. You'll lead ethics reviews for high-impact projects while developing industry-leading governance tools that set new standards for accountable AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) and autonomous decision systems
- Lead ethics review boards for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare and finance
- Create audit trails for AI model training data and decision-making processes
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of generative AI applications
- Author ethics whitepapers and contribute to industry standards bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act) and ethical guidelines
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python/R) for bias analysis and auditing
- Experience with model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise ethics policies and governance structures
