Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulations and societal standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models across all product lines
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with regulators, customers, and internal teams on AI transparency
- Establish metrics for measuring AI system fairness, accountability, and explainability
- Create educational materials and training programs for employees on responsible AI practices
- Stay ahead of emerging AI ethics legislation and advise on proactive compliance strategies
- Represent InnovateTech in industry consortiums shaping global AI governance standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI implementation
- Proven expertise in bias detection and mitigation for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for complex technical concepts
