Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning models and datasets
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices and risk mitigation
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and adapt organizational policies proactively
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or algorithmic auditing
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML models
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for AI auditing
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
