Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure

- Coordinate with product teams to embed 'Ethics by Design' principles in development lifecycles
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory discussions

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of quantum computing ethics and neurotechnology implications
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and public domains
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation journals
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
