Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines

- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical guidelines for sensitive AI applications
- Research and publish position papers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise on compliance strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics policies
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF standards
- Strong technical understanding of ML model development and deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
