Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating generative AI and predictive modeling into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., agentic workflows, ethical AI) and prototype viable solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for data governance, algorithmic transparency, and model evaluation to ensure robust, scalable systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps and investment cases to investors and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical consulting within the tech industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
