Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging AI applications

- Author thought leadership reports on AI's societal impact and ethical implications
- Partner with policy teams to shape responsible AI frameworks for 2026+
- Represent NextGen Labs at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior researchers on next-gen AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI research
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or journals
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, generative models, and quantum algorithms
- Experience with strategic technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of translating research into commercial applications
