Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (AGI, quantum-AI hybrids)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive R&D partnerships with academia and government for quantum-AI convergence
- Present futuristic technology scenarios to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, bio-AI)
- Author whitepapers on AI's societal impact and workforce transformation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AGI research, and human-AI integration
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics and future technology scenarios
- Experience scaling AI systems at enterprise level with 10M+ user impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and public audiences
