Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation generative AI systems with ethical guardrails
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and global AI research consortiums
- Develop predictive models for AI market disruption scenarios and technology adoption curves
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Mentor a cohort of 20+ AI researchers through our Future Leaders program
- Author white papers on AI ethics and responsible automation for industry publications
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic technology roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or human-AI collaboration
- Experience leading $50M+ AI initiatives with measurable societal impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of securing federal/state AI innovation grants
- Proficiency in policy advocacy and technology governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Julia preferred)
