Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML research or product development with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, or neurotech preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, alignment, and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical futures
