Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI/quantum research or strategic technology planning
- Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published work on future technology trends or ethics in AI
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment (e.g., ACST)
