What You'll Achieve: Lead the development of our 2026-2030 AI ethics charter, establish industry-first transparency protocols, and mentor next-generation AI ethicists. Your strategic insights will directly influence product development and policy recommendations at national and international levels.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify ethical blind spots in emerging tech
- Develop predictive impact models for AI deployment in healthcare, finance, and climate sectors
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Nexus at global tech summits
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to define safe AI-human interaction protocols
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI's societal benefit beyond traditional efficiency metrics
- Mentor junior researchers in futurist methodology and ethical foresight techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on AI governance frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or human-AI symbiosis
- Expertise in quantum computing applications and neuro-ethical implications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI adoption
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and OECD AI Principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
