This hybrid role requires 3 days/week in our San Francisco innovation hub, with flexible remote options for strategic planning. You'll lead cross-functional teams in building predictive models for societal impact while ensuring our AI systems align with evolving global regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ AI roadmaps by synthesizing quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and ethical AI research
- Architect human-AI symbiosis frameworks for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead scenario planning for AI governance in post-regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with neuro-engineers to design brain-compliant AI interfaces
- Translate technical AI capabilities into marketable product features
- Present strategic AI visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technological roadmaps
- Published research on AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Portfolio demonstrating AI-driven business transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
