Responsibilities
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenario' workshops with quantum AI and neuro-symbolic computing teams
- Develop predictive models for AI-human symbiosis in industrial and consumer markets
- Advocate for responsible innovation at international policy summits (UN WEF, OECD)

- Author annual 'State of AI 2026' industry white papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks at Fortune 500 or FAANG-level organizations
- Published work in Nature Futures, AI & Society, or IEEE Ethics journals
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI consciousness by 2026
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees (e.g., US Congress, EU AI Board)
