Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI/ML advancements aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping generative AI systems for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips) and assess commercial viability
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology with 8+ years applied research experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level generative AI systems (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML with >500 citations
- Fluency in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and regulatory foresight
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for AI initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
