Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and automation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers in future-focused methodologies
- Establish KPIs to measure AI initiative success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI transformation projects
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Published research or patents in AI/ML preferred
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
