Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in tech ethics and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with full-stack development in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architectures
