Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year AI innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional labs developing generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and predictive analytics
- Translate emerging AI research into patentable solutions for healthcare, climate, and manufacturing sectors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration protocols
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive AI startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through immersive demos
- Mentor AI ethics committees and conduct impact assessments for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field with 8+ years AI strategy experience
- Proven track record developing commercial AI products from research to deployment
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience scaling AI systems across enterprise environments with 10M+ user bases
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM) and familiarity with EU AI Act frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI product lifecycle management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
