You will lead a world-class team of engineers and data scientists in building systems that redefine human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation AI models targeting the 2026 technological landscape.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks and machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring models are reproducible, version-controlled, and deployed efficiently.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Conduct research on emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Transformer Variants.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
