Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation frameworks to ensure model accuracy and safety.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, contributing to our research roadmap.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for deep learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, Llama).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in statistical modeling and algorithm optimization.
