- Lead implementation of federated learning systems across 50+ global data centers
- Optimize GPU/TPU clusters for sub-50ms latency in real-time AI applications
- Develop zero-trust security protocols for AI model deployment pipelines
- Mentor infrastructure specialists in emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, photonic processors)
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype 2026-era AI capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, TensorFlow Serving, and NVIDIA Triton Inference Server
- Proven track record scaling ML systems to petabyte-scale data processing
- Advanced certification in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) or equivalent
- Published research in high-performance computing or AI optimization
- Experience with MLOps toolchains (MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows)
