Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for next-generation reasoning systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-ML hybrid computing
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation culture
- Secure research funding through government and industry partnerships
- Translate theoretical advances into scalable production prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years of published research in deep learning or quantum computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10B+ parameter model experience
- Proven track record of NeurIPS/ICML paper acceptance
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and causal inference
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for open-ended research challenges
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for clearance
