Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum machine learning and AI optimization for next-gen applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve complex computational challenges in healthcare, logistics, and cryptography
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Secure and manage R&D grants from government and private innovation funds

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum/AI research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Proven track record of developing scalable ML models and neural networks
- Strong background in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software integration
