Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap targeting the technological milestones of 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating generative AI and predictive analytics into core product lines.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous systems.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI) relevant to our roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on AI implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical vision into business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models and LLM architectures.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and product management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
