Responsibilities
- Lead research in quantum-neural network architectures
- Develop novel algorithms for ethical AI decision-making
- Publish breakthrough papers in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure $2M+ in government and private research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of ML/AI research with 2+ quantum computing publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum SDKs
- Strong track record of translating research to production systems
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Published at least 3 NeurIPS/ICML papers in last 5 years
- US citizenship required for government contract work
