Responsibilities
- Design next-gen neural architectures for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-computing-enhanced machine learning
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for responsible deployment in critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with Fortune 100 partners on real-world implementation challenges
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Mentor PhD fellows in our sponsored AI incubation program
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies and systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years of industry R&D experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and C++ for high-performance systems
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI at scale in production environments
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
